About Drive lah Flex+
Flex+ is a monthly subscription from Drive lah, Singapore's peer-to-peer car-sharing platform. You get a car for a fixed monthly fee and agree to make it available to other Drive lah renters for at least four days a month, which keeps the price below a conventional lease.
The fee includes comprehensive insurance, maintenance, road tax, roadside assistance, round-the-clock customer service, GST and 1,000 km a month, with Malaysia driving allowed on selected cars. Plans start from under $900 a month, although featured cars are around $1,650 to $1,690. Optional add-ons include premium insurance, extra mileage and additional drivers. If the car is rented out fewer than four days, you pay $125 for each day short, unless you made it available for at least 20 days.
The minimum term is two months, and 30 days' notice is needed to end or change cars. Brands include Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Mini and Porsche. It suits drivers who do not need their car every day.
