About Bipi UK
Bipi is a car subscription platform that began in Spain and set up a UK company, Bipi Mobility UK Limited, in March 2022. In Britain it ran its own subscription service and was also the partner behind Nissan Subscription. At the time of checking, a notice on Bipi's UK website says the business is no longer trading in the UK and is not accepting new business or customers. No closure date is given.
When it was taking UK customers, Bipi charged one monthly fee that covered servicing, maintenance, MOT, road tax and breakdown assistance, and needed no down payment. Customers chose a mileage band and could carry unused miles into the next month. Bipi's help centre lists terms of 1, 3, 12, 24, 36 or 48 months depending on the car. Renewal had to be cancelled at least 15 days before the renewal date. Drivers had to be over 21 and have held a licence for at least two years.
Bipi says it still supports existing UK customers on live agreements, including people who took out Nissan Subscription, which Nissan has closed to new customers. Anyone looking for a new subscription will need another provider.
